Information we process
For signed-in accounts, Backlink Generator processes an email address, plan status, run limits, and completed run records. Tool settings stay in your browser. To enforce free limits and the audit preview cap, we store an anonymous random device ID in a cookie (lp_did) and a one-way hash of the IP address; neither identifies a person, and they are used only for those limits and aggregate stats. The free run is limited to one per account and device, and accounts made with temporary email addresses can't get it. For signed-in accounts we also keep a short description of the device you were last active on (browser, operating system and device type, such as "Chrome · Windows · Desktop") so our support team can help with account issues; we do not store your full browser details or IP address with your account.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce plan limits, deliver allowed templates, provide run history, and administer subscriptions.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Razorpay processes Pro payments. Backlink Generator does not store complete payment-card details.
Your choices
You can sign out, clear guest settings and the device cookie through browser controls, export run results, or request account deletion through the account page or support.
Security
Row Level Security restricts profile and run records to their owners. Raw templates are delivered only through protected server functions.
